Pros
It depends on the manager/supervisor. Some are very lenient on flexible times. Friendly security guards. It's a country club. If you are liked by the management, you can expect some benefits/chances for promotion. Semi-Casual Dressing.
Cons
Not a lot of upward mobility in the Accounting Department. The other departments I can't speak for. Lack of communication amongst team members. Micro-management style from managers. Socialization amongst co-workers seems to be prohibited or discouraged.
