Pros
I was able to speak to and support a lot of employees. I was able to do what I liked to do and that was troubleshoot and provide service to my "customers". I was only there less than 1 year and when I left they still threw me a party.
Cons
There was a lot to manage. Even if there was no need to support, you still had to know what to do in case of an outage. I felt like there was a lot of downtime but wasn't able to be relaxed while working. Dress code for IT was too "nice" for the pay
