      emplowerment, creativity, diversity, eductional, challenging, hard, though-provoking, flexible, structured. Every day I have the opportunity to solve a problem and learn from it.

      Cons

      It is an agricultural setting and the work environment is austere, but if one challenges themselves for improvement, then the upside potential is unlimited.
