Management is incredibly accommodating — whether it’s taking time off, handling unexpected appointments, or dealing with family matters, they’ve always been understanding and flexible. Kimco truly values its employees. The benefits are great, and there are plenty of staff appreciation events, surprise lunches, BBQs, and other fun activities that make you feel recognized and connected. There’s also room to grow here — opportunities for advancement are encouraged, and management is always willing to invest in additional training to help you build your skills. Kimco Controls is a family orientated company that has core values for there employees to grow and succeed in there careers and personal lives. Being an employee for the past 27 years it is place that I enjoy and look forward to coming to work. Kimco values there customers, so much so that they go above and beyond to provide them with the best service, to meet there needs.
