The only 5 star review was done by an accountant who has worked there 7 years and gets everything handed to her because of favoritism. She made my job feel like I was living a nightmare and then has the audacity to post on here and accuse former employees of not being able to go with the flow. Kin Living is one of those companies whose unprofessionalism seems endearing at first but quickly turns into a nightmare. They hire people before running background checks so more than once they had young women working alongside burglars and one time a high profile rapist whose history was apparent just by googling HIS NAME. They never update their 401k, and their pay days are twice a month which leaves more than enough time to stay on top of it. Any time you approach the corporate accountants for help they find every excuse in the book not to help you. Parking is expensive and they are located in a fairly dangerous part of town. They start new employees at higher wages than current employees, even though most of them never make it past the first couple weeks of working.
