Pros
There is nothing to say good about this company.They will post the vacancies by offering high salary but gives very less saying that you are a fresher.pressure to work you on field.
Cons
We have be on field everyday.As this company is a finance provides they charge high intrest rates 30% on the loan they give.no one is intrested to take loans at this intrest rates.They will give 20lackhs target for every one to achieve failing to meet the targets result to no pay that month.worst company ever seen.they ask for fresher engineering graduates and will hire persons who are not a graduate.Hiring process also lasts for many months.my advice is dont go this company.
