Extreme micromanagement that pushed most of their employees away. No flexibility. Next to zero training on actual job functions. Communication within the company was laughable. Meetings about having meetings. Upper management truly did nothing and everyone just pushes tasks around. No one in any department understood the financial/insurance issues. Tried putting people in marketing/billing who had no training/not what they were hired for because they had gotten rid of employees in marketing/billing. Made jobs that were once remote go into office for no reason. Poor communication with patients in regards to billing/coverage.
