      Worse Management EVER! - Teacher KinderCare Learning Centers Employee Review

      Pros

      Absolute worse place to work AND I would never recommend working here unless they get new management.

      Cons

      - Managment thinks they are superior and treat employee unfairly. - Company only cares about their money and constantly moving and shuffling kids around to cut hours - Extremely high turnover rate with teachers. - Too much drama ALL the time.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
