Pros
It really depends on who is running your center. But at the Davis Square one it is one of the best. I have seen lots of management come through and what we have now is the best I've ever seen. We get toys, supplies, furniture, etc. when it's needed we don't wait to have it ordered. The center is run smoothly and the kids are happy. The families can see the learning going on and that's a plus. Teachers are often noticed when they go beyond. And just because the director will have staff ice cream parties, get candy, buy breakfast, and the list goes on
Cons
The classrooms are always full to the max children they can have. It would be nice to have an extra set of hands. Supplies need to be stocked and staff need to use the bathroom etc.
