      Pros

      I gave it 2-stars because I liked the people that I worked alongside and the benefits package was OK. They also paid for my CDA.

      Cons

      Bottom line, it is about putting money in the CEO's pocket. I found the amount charged for the location (no windows for the children, no natural light for the infants, etc) horrendous and shocking.

      - Tedious paperwork and trainings - Less hours than expected - Shifts feel longer than they are - Not easy to work a second job due to hours of operation

      They offer a lot of professional development and helpful resources

      Cons

      They over work you and force you to have to work in the classroom a lot of the time and you are put above ratio a lot.
