Pros
There are many locations, the name is well known across the globe (Knowledge Universe)....possibility to transfer to another location. Lots of pretty good benefits.
Cons
Although you begin accruing personal. vacation, and sick time immediately, you cannot use it before you pass one year. Lack of support from upper management. Cookie-cutter approach makes schools feel cold and boring. No room for creativity or personalization to classroom-things must done their way. Very stifling when teaching early education.
