Would NOT Recommend - IT Support KinderCare Learning Companies Employee Review

The systems are old, communication is terrible between field level and business partners, it is corporate and you are a number to them, they pay HORRIBLY compared to other companies. What is expected of you compared to the credit given out is wack, emotionally drained and talked over from callers, and severely undercompensated. Lacks training to level up. Your skillset will not be honored or acknowledged here. If you want to level up at ALL, do not waste your time. This company is LACKING.
