      Owned privately, although would love an IPO with stock option. If you handle business and lead with transparent communication the team builds good repoir with you.

      Cons

      Leadership varies very differently from area to area. Often asked way to much and given more responsibilites of others with no extra pay or even offering. Staffing teacher shortage evident throughout the country.
