      Pros

      My school was an amazing family community with the families and staff

      Cons

      Worked for the company for over 20yrs and left on good terms. Was told that they would always bring me back if I needed. This is not the case, apply and get instantly rejected or no response. Work life balance doesn’t exist, I regret the neglect that this caused my family, and for what?!?! Do you think they look back at my time there and appreciate what I did?

      - Tedious paperwork and trainings - Less hours than expected - Shifts feel longer than they are - Not easy to work a second job due to hours of operation

      They over work you and force you to have to work in the classroom a lot of the time and you are put above ratio a lot.
