A lot of nepotism. 90% of deals closed were deals that management handed to a rep. Rare to see a deal closed organically. It’s a luck game. They will ramp you in 3 months of starting but tell you that the sales cycle is 6-9 months. Only 2 people out of the entire company hit quota last year. Sales quota is no where near attainable. Towards the end of 2025 75% of sales reps were no where near quota but management never addressed or acknowledged it. Most issues go unaddressed. The business structure doesn’t work and isn’t sustainable in my opinion.
