Pros
Salary can be excellent, time off is good, benefits, first rate. Some of the people working there are decent but too many are hard to describe as anything but malicious.
Cons
No training, terrible morale, communication between four C level execs is non existent, they often give conflicting orders to the same employee, leaving a bewildered person wondering what the heck to do. A HUGE and untreated problem. HR is overwhelmed and are not involved in hiring process. Global CEO and US CEO are not on same page, this is at the heart of problem. The worst is the COO, a long in the tooth, unpleasant man who seems like he'd be happier out of there.
