Good and supportive collages .

The management here is extremely disappointing and toxic. Favoritism is rampant, and employees are routinely blamed for mistakes while being given unclear instructions. Certain leaders obsessively bring up old issues and even drag in the names of former employees who are no longer with the company, creating a culture of fear and intimidation. Negative reviews have been deleted, showing a deliberate attempt to cover up problems instead of addressing them. Top management frequently contradicts each other, making the workplace chaotic and unstable. It feels like accountability is avoided at all levels, and staff are left to deal with the consequences. On the bright side, my team was supportive and collaborative, and the work itself could be engaging, but the toxic leadership severely overshadows any positives.

pros very friendly colleague , but still some is toxic and will stab your back.

bad management micromanage job scope not clear is suppose to be other department job (ie sales) but ask others department to do. if there a mistake. sales wont have any fault, other department is always wrong , always at fault! always look down on people ability or knowledge! always says if you resign you wont get like this this at other company. have a sister company, but then ask the staff to find work for sister company cause as she say the staff in sister company is hopeless. do double work have to do unimportant work very fast, give yesterday tomorrow must finish, even when you finish the job, there wont be a feedback from management or the management decide no need to buy or proceed. but if we finish the work within the week, she will say why you so slow, the work is not even important (ie. find info and pricing about saringan cancer for employee by socso) you send email but she will never read also, but then bising we dont reply. she will twist her words on everything.
