In product management, it's great to work in a pioneering product.
The industries of health and sports are very interesting to work in and evolving. People in these industries are also great.
The company itself is quite young but still, following its fast growth, well organized is well-defined departments.
The company now has reached a level that employees have clear roles, duties and the autonomy to fulfill them.
Cons
It really depends on the type of job and the expectations that one has for a job. As I have experience both in sales and product management in the company, in sales the challenge is to keep the pace and motivation every day selling a product that is new and needs creating the demand in many cases. It needs not only to sell but educate in a sense. It's not for a salesperson that wants only to apply sales techniques trying to explain why a product among hundreds similar is better. It's a technological product that needs to be learnt well in order to sell.
