      The CEO of this company is incredibly passionate and has a clear vision for the direction of the company. His enthusiasm and dedication are truly inspiring. The CEO is a great communicator and always makes time to listen to the concerns and ideas of employees.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I have to say that working with some of the employees at this company was very difficult not at all co-operative ,employees seemed more interested in pursuing their own agenda than working towards the company's goals.

      Work Satisfaction is highest. Flexible timings. Rewarding. Has great talent pool. this is the company to work at If you are hungry for knowledge.

      Since this is a small company there can be more responsibilities for a given job role.
