Pros

there are no pros only cons. They still work on old technologies which is now mostly out of market and no talent to take challenges and enhance.

Cons

Worst place to work with. Complete demoralized place. The growth of company is decided by leaders, this is where the company is lacking badly. Motivate then to be creative, thoughtful and create cheerful env. Only one project is there which is doing little better. But that too due to narrow leadership is dying. Despite focusing on quality of work and in time deliveries, Leaders try to do micro management of everything this including in-out time, no of time you stood from seat, how many times you chatted with your colleague. No open forum to discuss your official issues. If someone want to increase its charter then leaders have issues and disallows. Which directly stops your growth and innovation. Guys you may see some good reviews but those all are fake. They hire interns and ask them to write good reviews, most of them are scripted.

Pros

Considerable independence to work on meaningful projects, friendly and approachable managers, flexible hours and good compensation. Interns are actively encouraged to experiment with new ideas even if they are unlikely to immediately benefit the company.

Cons

Often difficult to work across timezones, and sometimes work can dry up. Projects are usually not collaborative, which can sometimes make it hard to find help.
