Good culture and people, but confusing environment - Senior Account Executive Kissflow Employee Review

Hi colleague - appreciate your honest feedback and do respect your need for more clarity as well. There was a detailed GTM wide offsite recently where the details and reasons for the strategy were shared by Suresh (CEO) directly. In addition, we had each sales leader share how their respective geos fared, the lessons learned and plans ahead. We also had specific results / metrics shared on the organization's performance at our annual awards. This has been very positive especially when considering the macro climate. While I can understand that you might still disagree with the approach or have further questions, I would recommend you speak with your manager/regional leader to get the clarity. We want you to have as much clarity as possible (not consensus) so that you can deliver your best. Trust this helps!
