We know there are areas we need to improve and are always looking for genuine and direct feedback, but there's just baseless claims and ad hominem attacks and no mention of an specific action/decisions that you find issue with.
If you would like to have an honest dialogue on this, please be specific and reach out to someone in leadership whom you respect/trust and share what's troubling you. While we might disagree, we can promise an open and respectful hearing - who knows, you might actually bring about some change.
