      Pros

      New managers in 2016/2017 really made a significant different to the implementation of the needed changes. However, due to the lack of support, the new managers will likely leave soon, too. The former leader was no longer useful to the organization.

      Cons

      Human Resources in Novi is a joke! The morale was much before before they had an on-site HR Department. Jobs have been open for over a year with no action by HR. It is really hurting the business.
