High deductible insurance plan, mixed political working environment, overhead heavy on higher executives not pay people who work the job enough. Damaged relationship with couple local subcontractors.

Direct comp is competitive. Culture and people are friendly. Work environment is productive. Leadership understands people are a primary asset.

With recent (2025) changes, benefits are generally average. Hybrid work is generally not accepted.
