- Churn and burn culture - they'll work you to the bone and then you'll quit. - Leadership is uninspirational and difficult to work with - Little / no work-life balance

Small business. Managers have ability to contribute to larger initiatives.

Cons

Company is small and is still considered a start-up so the day to day can be a little hectic and moves very quickly.
