Good job dependant on educational background, Can plan your day-to-day schedule completely free. If you have a high school diploma and some experience within the industry such as welding, lifts and pressure vessels then it's a great opportunity.
Cons
A bachelors degree or equivalent makes you over qualified. Risk of being bored at work. Decent boss, bad team leader. Somewhat toxic environment. Job description says you need to be educated but noone in the whole office has more than a high school diploma.
