Young, unexperienced managers with no manager skills. Work is not focused, people work a lot, but without a goal, so the stuff that is produces is not actually worth anything. People with opinions are considered a problem and convinced to quit, even if the company claims to encourage an open dialogue. I would say that the company is like a school where people can do whatever they like, as long as you do not question how stupid that is. Feedback is not welcome unless it is praise. The HR department is always on the managers's side, no matter what. Carreer Opportunities are good if you agree on all and never say a bad word of anything. Also if you like taking credit of other people's work and are not a good leader.
