Pros
Very competent colleagues , high ambition, very successful, constantly evolving and trying to grow as fast as possible. If you have MacGyver skills while at the same time thinking long-term, you will really enjoy working for Klarna.
Cons
Not good at all at keeping talents and ambitious people. This may not be the company where you end your career. You're hired as one type of developer/manager - you quit as a developer/manager. More or less. There's almost no time given at trying to really make better software. Sometimes, it feels that everything is just focused at growing as fast as possible, causing a lot of frustration. I wish there would be some breathing room, just sit back & focus on fixing current problems we have instead of rushing out and just creating new ones. Thanks to extremely friendly and talented people, we're still on track though. (no BS. The people are just awesome!)
