They haven't established a strong footing in the US market and they're constantly changing their business model and objectives. -US CEO does not value his employees and undermines their achievements in a very condescending manner. -This Company is more for Mexican professional and college graduates that come from Mexico with a work Visa. It is not for American graduates or professionals with English as their primary language. Do not waste your time. The company operates primarily in Spanish. -Their operations are headquartered from Mexico City. You have to interact and work with a lot of upper management who is located abroad. -The pay is below average. Since they're a Mexican company. Chances are you will be paid better in an American company for the same position. -Each department in US is under staffed. -Long hours and Low Pay. -No Retirement Plan -Decent Benefits
