Great resources abroad and very good help desk team. Very good C-level direction. Wide customer base curated from great performance of help desk and related desktop managed support offered.
Cons
Lack of Project and Director/Team Management - long time employees still operating like it is a small shop with communication, direction, standards issues. Constant overrides and revolving door of hires. Compensation problems and lack of transparency. Zero work life balance.
