      There are no pros one of the worst company cultures and higher ups I have met

      The company does not care about you as a person. They give the bare minimum to their employees and the level of training you receive is pretty much 0.

      Pros

      In the beginning, it seems as if it is a great place until they try and include you in fair housing law-breaking, and when you say something to upper management, they fire you. I dont think the owner is aware of all the things that are going on.

      Cons

      They are judgmental, very smile in your face, not team.
