      Pros

      Opportunities for development - the company is growing rapidly so you get exposure to lots of different projects and business areas. It's a very open, innovative culture - especially with it's adoption of AI and new technologies. The structure, whilst it is hierarchical, feels very open, you can put in time with anyone regardless of seniority and they make time for you. The people really do make the culture what it is!

      Cons

      The business structure - certain roles you'd expect a large organisation to have are missing. Culture should be led from the top and invested in, currently its down to employees (who are already working over capacity). The benefits package may have worked as a small organisation but as the company grows employees expect more so Klipboard can remain competitive.

      Pros

      Company has amazing potential and a great portfolio of products and solutions. A lot of wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Culture on the North America sales team is extremely toxic and turnover is high. NA Sales leadership is despised throughout the organization for managing through fear and intimidation.
