Pros
1)High Autonomy: Since structured guidance is minimal, employees who are self-starters can take ownership of their work and operate independently. That's all:)
Cons
1) Inefficient & Unfair Management: Decisions often feel arbitrary, with little transparency. Favourism is apparent, and hard work isn't always recognised. 2) No Structure Workflow: Poor planning leads to constant last-minute rushes, duplicated efforts, and unclear responsibilities. It's frustrating and wastes time. 3) No guidance from certain leader: Little mentorship or support from the leader. Employees are left to figure things out on their own, leading to avoidable mistakes and frustration.
