Pros

Flexible work & life balance. Friendly culture

Cons

Frequent changes in decisions create a bureaucratic environment. Suggestions often go unnoticed and are rarely considered. Managers seem indecisive and uninformed about the situation. Compensation is not competitive.

Pros

Awesome people By far, the best thing about Kloudless is its people. This includes my peers and management. Everyone gets treated with respect and kindness, regardless of any personal differences or work experiences. We're a strong team and always willing to help each other with anything work-related or otherwise. Active listeners Management is always listening for feedback and constantly adapting to any new challenges or issues that come up. It very obvious that they want everyone at the company to succeed as the company continues to grow. Autonomy As a small startup, management has really pushed for everyone to feel comfortable speaking up and encouraging everyone to take on as much responsibility as they're willing. With the right person, this fosters personal growth like nothing else. This is culture-defining characteristic is what helps Kloudless stand apart from the rest.

Cons

Insufficient leadership This comes naturally within the startup environment, but management needs to either step up in cultivating leaders from within or hire great ones from without. As the company grows, the pains of a lack of leadership will become even more apparent and difficult to manage. Make this issue a priority. Culture in flux Since culture is defined by the people, an influx of headcount in a growing startup makes it even more important for management to make sure the culture is strong and intact.
