Pros
1. Salary on time.
2. You will meet some amazing people and they will become your friends and part of your life.
3. The technology used is pretty good.
Cons
Sigh! From where do I start?
1. The founders have zero clue what they are doing, what they want the company to do, and what they want to focus on for the future. They have zero touch with the common folks of the office and never interact with them. They got a bunch of cash in the seed round as wasted in mindless things. I am pretty sure they have zero knowledge of how to run a company. I have seen this company grow and I have seen this company fall.
2. Pretty much the same goes for the management. Zero-touch with the common folks around. They will ask for feedback every week and never work on them.
3. All the decisions that are taken by the management are never future-proof, which means you have to work on a section multiple times to make it up to the mark. Enhancement after enhancement. The management does not know how to prioritize things. They get paid so much but they are off zero use. Shame.
4. There are a bunch of people with no tech knowledge but they are just there to make the culture toxic.
5. Mindless layoffs.
6. Founder's general attitude and way of work: "Trust me bro! It will work". I hope it will work out in the end.
7. And one more thing, most of the 5-star reviews on Glassdoor are fake.
