Ambitious organisation with a relaxed working environment and generally good people. Certainly talk the talk that they want to support staff in career development
Cons
Some poor senior managers who stifle opportunity. Not very diverse workforce, i.e. good for white middle class men from a mid-top tier university and the home counties.
