Absolutely everything - the staff were so rude, unrelatable, snobby, selfish, entitled.. The list goes on and on. They expected you to work an extra half an hour each day without pay, sometimes an hour and this was mandated. Massive workloads and barely any help. Rude managers that are condescending. The diversity was also horrific.
