Administration manager along the other 2 managers are very controlling. It's their way or you are out and she makes sure to tell you that so you understand that. They are not flexible with schedules and if you have children and they get sick forget it. You get written up for almost anything. Standard policies do not apply, she changes them as she goes. They are vindictive and conniving and will turn things against you if they want you out. She will turns employees against each other by playing he said she said. You are constantly watched and criticised. Employees are not allowed to listen to music with lyrics. She will pick the instrumental music everyone will listen to. Training is a joke. Nothing is ever good enough even when giving 100% they keep adding and adding work duties. Don't expect a raise and asking for one is like pulling teeth. No room for advancement or growth.
