      Pros

      Pay Rate is good and lots of hours if desired.

      Cons

      Co-workers are disrespectful at times and allowed to berate others for no reason. Management turns a blind eye to the problem due to the fact they're unable to hire anyone else. Workers are expected to work 60 plus hours a week so there's no work/home balance with Knight's Companies. The shop environment is toxic and stressful and not an idea place to work. You'll regret working for Knight's Companies no doubt!

      Pros

      Good pay, good hours and benefits. Very long 401k vestment period.

      Cons

      1 coworker made the experience far less than desirable. Very toxic and hostile work environment. The ordeal that this one individual put me through lead me to the conclusion that the compensation was not commensurate for the agony. Got called a racist for pretty much saying good morning to this particular individual.
