Pros
None, other than being fully remote. The company doesn’t have a physical head office, which seems to be a way to cut costs like rent and overhead.
Cons
DO NOT work here. The environment is extremely toxic, disorganized, and constantly chaotic. There’s no real direction, priorities change all the time, and leadership doesn’t seem to care about employees. People are treated as disposable and can be let go at any moment. The company is incredibly cheap. Even as it grows, raises are basically nonexistent, and some employees have even had bonuses denied. The COO is constantly chasing random ideas and new business ventures that go nowhere, wasting employees' time and energy on projects that eventually get abandoned. This was by far the worst company I've worked for. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
