Pros
1. The flexibility and agility is insane! The speed with which things are done makes it easier to achieve your goals and the work even starts to be fun. 2. The freedom to work the way that's best for you. Once you get in here you will be onboarded and trained - they give you all the needed knowledge and tools to do your job and once you show that you are good to go, you are free to create/use a routine that works best for you - of course, without disturbing the general organisation procedure. They are also super open for suggestions and ideas to make things better - like asking for feedback and implementing them for future situations. 3. There are always things to do, but it does not feel like it's too much to handle. Management is also very clear and supportive about targets and expectations, so one always has a good point of orientation.
Cons
The team is globally dispersed and you still see everyone 1-2 times every day. Nevertheless, a possibility to meet in person would be nice.
