      Pros

      PTO and co-workers as well as management. Our products are great, for the most part.

      Extremely low salary, and difficult to reach OTE. Although, you’ll see some expert gaslighting when they respond. Just read the reviews yourself, and you’ll see things aren’t nearly as good as they used to be. Mass exodus? No, but most of the turnovers are CSM’s and Sales. CSM’s because their base pay was cut, ask me how I know… I was a former CSM and made the jump, thankfully I wasn’t Part of their layoffs. A lot of people have or are looking to leave, moral is low in a lot of teams, and it seems they find new ways to mess up the once amazing culture that Stu originally built. I get It, it’s not up to him now, so can’t complain about him specifically. But, I miss the old Stu, and the culture that once was unmatched.

      Hello Knowster. Thanks for acknowledging that there is not a ‘mass exodus’ happening. Our team works very hard to maintain our company culture, even during times of change. According to Glassdoor salary responses that KnowBe4 employees leave, as of today, 3/4/25, our CSM range is $77k-$120k, and our Account Manager responses show $76k-$125k annually. Our salaries are in line with the Tampa Bay market.

      Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
