      Nothing, work from home is available.

      Cons

      Horrible management and very disrespectful people, no hike, expect to work extra but will not give leave. Managers are the most incompetent individuals!

      Very poorly run company that has no oversight for contractors and employees. They will not pay you on time or at all if you let them
