- Your work is seen and implemented. No politics around getting it "out there". You do your work and it gets used to make decisions - Leadership turns to you for your opinion. If you're the expert or lead in your area, you will be asked what you think is best in meetings and when it's time to make a decision - Well funded and backed by established VC firms - Equity packages are good - One of a kind core product - Remote work allowed - Good benefits
Cons
- If you don't like fast paced work and changing priorities, this wouldn't be the right place for you - Small team (for now), so it's not possible to be a passenger. You need to be all in.
