Great place to work and tremendous growth.

Benefits were not too great

I learned a lot, despite having to teach myself my own job, and had a great team of co-workers to work with.

Management uses humiliation and bullying tactics on employees. Management is ineffective, reactive, and not willing to put resources where they need to go. I had little to no training to do my job and was constantly told things would get better.
