      Well organized for emails and files storage

      Cons

      - No signed contract for the probation period. - Only tourist visa provided - No respect for working hours (overtime is mandatory). - Not real or effective daily tasks (impossible to finish). - Windows, Office, Autocad, Revit, etc. all software cracked. - Lack of communication between manager and director (couple).

      ZERO design collaborative environment. Extended working hours without OT pay. Poor communication between the head managers. Blame game & Micromanagement.
