      Pros

      Wide range of contracts and industries to learn from. People are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Focus on many industries at the same time is distracting. Raise is not granted, and it feels you have to create a case and advocate to even be considered for one and they will say it’s what the market is paying when we know it’s not. if you are hired remotely, they will change the rules at some point and demand back to the office.
