Pros
You get to use a wide range of new technology, I would say a bit above most companies. The gallery also has a strong commitment to virtualization and cloud technology.
Cons
There are not many people that are excited to work at the gallery. There is also a lack of accountability which some times seems to lead to an acceptance of mediocrity.
