Pros
I was in my sophomore year of mechanical engineering when I interviewed for the internship at Koehler. Pros: nice people, little to none helicopter supervising, cooperative co-workers, pleasant working environment.
Cons
Given that it was my first internship and I barely had any previous experience, I would say, I was lucky to have interned there. One possible con would be because of the nature of the industry and the size of the company, there aren't too many different things you can do there. You're duties become quite specific and you keep doing it while trying to do it to the best of your abilities.
