Pros
- The people are all amazing individuals not only to work with, but to actually befriend - In order to complete certain tasks, you are required to learn many different skills - this is great for experience - Benefits are great and they start right away
Cons
Here's why I'm not there: - The CEO couldn't care less for his employee's. He walks around like an untouchable, and god forbid you try to strike up a conversation not work related. - The environment is terrible, many are stressed - Technology? What is technology at K&F? - There are no training protocols and those who start are expected to pick up the ever changing processes quickly - HR is sending out emails about cell phone use and dress code - K&F is a small family owned business, you're not kidding anyone. - No work at home privileges... Obviously except for upper management - The building is like, 100 years old... It's time to move out and get a bigger place. It's bursting at the seams. - High turn over because of the company
